Subscription Agreement

Welcome to subscribe to 莳芽记 / ShotMo (hereinafter "the App") membership. This Subscription Agreement (hereinafter "this Agreement") is the agreement between you and the App's operator (hereinafter "we") regarding the membership subscription service. Subscribing indicates that you have read and agree to this Agreement as well as the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.
1. Service Description
Membership is divided into the following tiers; specific benefits are subject to what is shown in the app:

We reserve the right to adjust tiers, benefits, and prices, with advance notice before any change; existing subscriptions continue under their original terms.
2. Subscription & Billing
- Payment method: membership is paid via Alipay;
- One-time activation: membership is paid once for the period (monthly/yearly) you choose and does not auto-renew; benefits end automatically at expiry, and you may manually resubscribe at any time;
- Validity: membership validity starts from the successful payment. Renewing the same tier extends the remaining validity;
- Upgrade: when upgrading within validity from a lower tier (Basic) to a higher tier (Pro), the system calculates the prorated difference of the original tier as "amount paid × remaining days / window days", refunds it, then activates the new tier.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Membership is a virtual good and is generally non-refundable once activated;
- If technical issues such as duplicate charges or failed-but-charged payments occur, customer support may verify and issue a refund;
- Tier-difference refunds on upgrade are handled automatically per rule 2;
- Refunds are returned to your Alipay account via the original channel; arrival time is subject to Alipay.
4. Account & Membership Benefits
- Membership benefits are bound to your account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash;
- You should keep your account secure; any benefit used due to account leakage is your responsibility;
- If you violate the User Agreement or abuse the membership (e.g., malicious farming, cracking), we may suspend or terminate your benefits without refund.
5. Changes & Termination
We may revise this Agreement from time to time; material changes will be announced in-app or on the website. You may stop using the membership at any time. If you delete your account, your membership benefits terminate simultaneously without refund (see the "Account Deletion" section of the User Agreement).
